A Good Life Group is based in Central Canada with an innovation-centric project philosophy. We provide development, project management, and construction oversight on market-based rental housing, community focused commercial and retail projects, social impact housing, and community hubs. Our work is done in collaboration with investment partners, non- profit organizations, governmental entities, and both denominational and nondenominational groups seeking to reimagine properties and facilities to better serve the needs of communities across Western Canada. Our Team brings over 100 years of collective industry experience, spanning private and charitable equity capital raises, acquisitions, design, sales and leasing, financing, construction, commissioning, and the management of real estate projects and assets. We take the same approach to any project we undertake, whether it be for profit or nonprofit in our engagement of stakeholders from the users, to the neighborhood, to governmental officials, while at the same time pushing the envelope of sustainable and elegant design to meet an organization’s internal and outward goals. Our team is proud to have been involved in a variety of ways on major projects across Western and Central Canada, from Huntsville to the Northwest Territories to Vancouver Island.
